Blowin's Guide to Sounding Irish Print

Foreigners weren’t invented in Ireland until the 1990’s. The Celtic Tiger was roaring and people came from all over the world to live and work in Ireland. Irish people, particularly from small rural towns affectionately dubbed them ‘blowins’.

These days, Irish people are the ones flocking abroad in the thousands. This print would be a great conversion starter for Irish abroad in the likes of Australia, America and even as far flung as Hong Kong. We are natural story-tellers and entertainers. As such we are prone to exaggerate the mundane and make it much more dramatic. To paraphrase Mark Twain, “we don’t let a little fib get in the way of a good story”.

Size: A3 (297mm x 420mm) All prints are digitally printed to high quality 179gsm matte paper.Frame not included and is used for illustrative purposes only.
